Shipping policy

Lobos Industries accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Tamarac Florida via USPS. Lobos Industries ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the time the order is placed. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer must first contact the carrier to open a missing-package inquiry and follow all required steps (such as submitting a claim, providing confirmation numbers, or completing any carrier-requested documentation). Once the carrier has completed their review and confirms either a delivery error or that the package cannot be recovered, you may share that documentation with us. At that point, we may offer a courtesy replacement at our discretion and only if stock is available.
• We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.
